Design Bros Genoa provided defective product

On October 3, 2004, I signed up for Design Bros Genoa's exchange program at their Bergstrombury, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $194.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vanessa A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
