I am writing regarding order #ORD-8465-CSS-1827 placed with Modern Builders Enterprises on November 8, 1977. I paid $658.19 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fiona V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
