Misleading advertising by Precision-Build

On January 17, 1984, I signed up for Precision-Build's maintenance program at their Kristopherfort, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $56.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elvis A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
