I am writing regarding order #ORD-5077-TOB-4678 placed with Wireless-Voice on January 10, 1999. I paid $180.78 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Esta Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
