I want to report a serious concern with Wireless-Phone's membership that I purchased on November 14, 2004 from your North Jailyn, Oregon store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Alessandra N., but my issue remains unresolved.
