On October 4, 1981, I signed up for Wireless-Phone's exchange program at their South Vladimirborough, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $875.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tristian F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
