I purchased a subscription from Cast Connections on May 21, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jovan Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
