Engineering Partners International refused to address issue

I purchased a gadget from Engineering Partners International on October 6, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cory V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
