I purchased a platform from Quality Architecture Company Chongqing Holdings on July 30, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced arrived significantly late. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Roger E. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
