Fusion Broadband refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8342-SAD-7670 placed with Fusion Broadband on July 28, 2008. I paid $489.54 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jessy B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
