I want to report a serious concern with ClearWave Niigata's solution that I purchased on December 18, 1976 from your East Ozella, Oregon store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Skye T., but my issue remains unresolved.
