Precision Development failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1887-TKA-5268 placed with Precision Development on January 12, 2000. I paid $511.0 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Tobin X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
