Refund refused by Link Wireless

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3472-YLG-4478 placed with Link Wireless on January 24, 2011. I paid $42.22 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Erich I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
