Warranty claim denied by Engineering Bros International

On February 7, 1978, I signed up for Engineering Bros International's technical assistance at their New Elishafurt, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $706.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lambert Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
