I am writing regarding order #ORD-5244-CAR-8609 placed with Wireless.Com on October 13, 1972. I paid $547.87 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Sonny X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
