I want to report a serious concern with Wireless.Com's platform that I purchased on January 18, 1976 from your Keeblerville, Georgia store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Herminio P., but my issue remains unresolved.
