Premier Development & Sons LLC provided defective product

On January 9, 1977, I signed up for Premier Development & Sons LLC's maintenance program at their Kuhicside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $324.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tre O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
