Wave Systems failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2150-LSX-7649 placed with Wave Systems on April 12, 1999. I paid $65.51 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keith H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
