I want to report a serious concern with Wave Systems's tool that I purchased on August 1, 1971 from your Lake Ashlymouth, Hawaii store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hardy D., but my issue remains unresolved.
