On October 14, 2008, I signed up for Comm.Link's return process at their Vilmaville, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $304.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Elmore R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
