Warranty claim denied by Master Engineering & Sons Holdings

On April 21, 2005, I signed up for Master Engineering & Sons Holdings's technical assistance at their Wilkinsonbury, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $947.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tristin B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
