CommMobile Services refused to address issue

I purchased a item from CommMobile Services on June 21, 1983. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ena P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
