Billing dispute with Strong Development & Sons International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1710-THW-6934 placed with Strong Development & Sons International on February 27, 1974. I paid $940.80 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Geraldine G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
