I want to report a serious concern with Link Broadband Teresina's membership that I purchased on November 23, 2014 from your New Babyside, Ohio store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Karen K., but my issue remains unresolved.
