Link Broadband Teresina refused to address issue

On February 13, 1983, I signed up for Link Broadband Teresina's premium plan at their West Alaynaborough, Texas location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $602.60, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cordelia J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
