I purchased a gadget from Quality Properties Development on June 14, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Esperanza L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
