I am writing regarding order #ORD-3714-UOZ-3186 placed with Strong Builders Corp. on May 27, 1998. I paid $480.44 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dawn W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
