Unresolved issue with GlobalTel Telecom product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2977-GRI-7845 placed with GlobalTel Telecom on July 28, 1993. I paid $455.39 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Izabella Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
