I have been a loyal customer of GlobalTel Telecom for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6622-THI-3236) on March 27, 2015, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
