Overcharged by Structures Bros Windsor for service

On September 11, 1982, I signed up for Structures Bros Windsor's support package at their Mullerland, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $784.57, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Britney S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
