I am writing regarding order #ORD-3799-ASU-8714 placed with Wave.Beam on September 21, 1976. I paid $735.89 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Therese J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
