On December 18, 2002, I signed up for Quality-Properties International's training session at their Lake Allenmouth, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $176.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daisy T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
