I purchased a appliance from Quality-Properties International on May 12, 2020. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Emerald T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
