Construction Team failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6634-ILC-2845 placed with Construction Team on April 21, 1972. I paid $369.23 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Velma D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
