On October 13, 1986, I signed up for Projects Group's training session at their Harveyfort, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $975.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sonia K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 21, 2025 05:25I want to acknowledge that Projects Group has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $443.75 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $443.75 for a fitness tracker that never worked properly.
