I am writing regarding order #ORD-5613-BFL-2972 placed with Projects Group on April 28, 1996. I paid $98.97 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Andrew W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Projects Group contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
