I am writing regarding order #ORD-3921-RVC-5705 placed with Design Bros Dresden on September 12, 2013. I paid $234.21 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rebeka H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Design Bros Dresden. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the router I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
