I am writing regarding order #ORD-4717-ZVX-6866 placed with Fusion.Stream on April 20, 1973. I paid $328.46 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Connor X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 10, 2025 05:32I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Fusion.Stream not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
