Solid Renovations refused to address issue

On August 29, 1996, I signed up for Solid Renovations's repair service at their East Jayden, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $973.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eriberto M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
