I have been a loyal customer of Solid Renovations for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-2847-NAA-6512) on April 1, 1990, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
