False promises made by Fiber Technologies representative

On April 12, 2019, I signed up for Fiber Technologies's installation service at their Cheyennemouth, Washington location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $262.76, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vance W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
