Unsatisfactory resolution from Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk

On April 21, 1997, I signed up for Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk's repair service at their West Fiona, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $574.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Priscilla U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
