On April 21, 1997, I signed up for Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk's repair service at their West Fiona, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $574.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Priscilla U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium account.
