I am writing regarding order #ORD-7488-RWV-6158 placed with Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk on July 4, 1994. I paid $696.61 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jeff Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 13, 2025 05:13I'm updating my complaint because Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the blender, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
