Frustrated with Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2424-EWM-1834 placed with Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk on July 23, 2014. I paid $24.51 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trevor I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
