I am writing regarding order #ORD-2424-EWM-1834 placed with Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk on July 23, 2014. I paid $24.51 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trevor I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

It's now been 12 days since my initial complaint, and Fiber-Cast Chelyabinsk still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their subscription plan.
