I want to report a serious concern with Connect.Cast's software that I purchased on March 30, 2016 from your Donnellytown, Alabama store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Providenci L., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 26, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that Connect.Cast has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $116.97 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $116.97 for a furniture set that never worked properly.
