I have been a loyal customer of Dynamic-Construction Florence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9341-BRE-5176) on April 21, 2002, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, Dynamic-Construction Florence contacted me to troubleshoot the furniture set. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
