I purchased a appliance from Elite Properties & Sons on October 7, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Eric I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jeans from Elite Properties & Sons not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
