I am writing regarding order #ORD-8639-DJE-5761 placed with SwiftWireless Technologies Düsseldorf on April 23, 2008. I paid $962.41 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Camden H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because SwiftWireless Technologies Düsseldorf finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the kitchen knife set, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
