I want to report a serious concern with Innovative Engineering & Sons International's platform that I purchased on June 14, 1980 from your Kirlinland, Texas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Payton O., but my issue remains unresolved.
