Frustrated with ConnectFiber's lack of response

I purchased a system from ConnectFiber on May 26, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ellis L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
